Requirements for Change of Consumer's Account Name

• Deed of Sale/ Written Agreement/ Brgy Certification

  • This serves as proof that both the buyer and the seller of the residential building have reached an agreement of sale or purchase including the existing electric connection.

• Barangay Certification

• Previous/Latest Electric Bill

• Membership Fee (for non-members only)

• Additional Consumer Deposit shall be applied during processing

Requirements to Avail Senior Citizen Discounts

All registered senior citizens with a consumption of 100 kWh or below are given the privilege of 5% discount on their monthly total electric bill per RA 9994 (Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010).

Application for the discount is renewable every year.

Requirements:

• Senior Citizen ID

• Brgy. Certification (Proof of Residency)

• Latest Power Bill (not exceeding 100kwh)
